Tunisian Yeast Bun Toast
A vegan recipe that combines the flavors of Tunisia with a crispy, yeasty bun.
Ingredients

- β1 Toast
- β2 tsp Tunisian yeast
- β1 tbsp Vegan butter
- β1 tsp Chili flakesoptional
- β1 tsp Olive oil

1. Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

2. Slice the bun in half and toast it.

3. Spread a layer of vegan butter on each half of the bun.

4. Sprinkle chili flakes on top of the butter for added flavor (if using).

5. Place the bun under the broiler for 1-2 minutes, or until lightly toasted.

6. Mix the tunisian yeast with a little water to create a paste.

7. Brush the yeast paste onto the toasted bun.

8. Drizzle a small amount of olive oil onto the yeast paste.

9. Place the other half of the bun on top to create a sandwich.
