Catalana Chicken Stir Fry
A flavorful Chinese-inspired stir fry made with catalana peppers and chicken, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons Spanish olive oil
- β2 tablespoons yeasty soy sauce
