Venezuelan Beef Stew
A hearty and flavorful stew originating from Venezuela, made with tender beef and a rich mixture of spices.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Brown beef, cut into bite-sized pieces
- β2 medium Yellow onionsChopped
- β2 tablespoons Venezuelan stew
- β2 cups Beef broth
- β1 cup Water
- β Salt and pepperTo taste

Heat a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add the browned beef and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Remove the beef from the pot and set aside.

Add the chopped onions to the pot and cook until they start to brown, about 5 minutes.

Add the Venezuelan stew, beef broth, and water to the pot.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 1 hour.

Return the beef to the pot and continue to simmer for another 30 minutes, or until the beef is tender.
