Jamaican Tofu Skewers
A Caribbean-inspired dish featuring marinated tofu and vegetables grilled to perfection.
Ingredients
- β1 block (14 oz) Tofu
- β1 Yellow Bell Pepper
- β2 tsp Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
- β1 Charred Onion
- β10-12 Skewers
- β2 tbsp Olive Oil
- β2 tbsp Lime Juice
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β1-inch piece Ginger
- β1 tsp Salt

Cut the tofu into 1-inch cubes and set aside.

Cut the yellow bell pepper and charred onion into 1-inch pieces.

In a large bowl, whisk together the jerk seasoning, lime juice, garlic, ginger, and salt.

Add the tofu and vegetables to the marinade and mix well.

Thread the tofu and vegetables onto the skewers.

Brush the skewers with olive oil and season with salt.

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Cook the skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the tofu is golden brown and the vegetables are tender.
