Creamy Yellow Seafood Rice Casserole
A Brazilian-inspired dish featuring seafood, rice, and a creamy yellow sauce. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.

- β1 pound Mixed Seafood (shrimp, mussels, clams)
- β1 cup Cheesy Sauce (cheddar, parmesan)
- β4 tablespoons Butter
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1 medium Onion

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cook the yellow rice according to package instructions.

Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the garlic and onion; cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
