Shrimp Pasta with Lemon and Citrus Zest
A quick and flavorful pasta dish with succulent shrimp, lemon, and a hint of citrus zest.
Ingredients
- β12 oz Yellow Australian Pasta
- β1 lb Shrimppeeled and deveined
- β2 Lemonjuiced
- β2 tsp Citrus Zestfrom 1 lemon
- β2 tbsp Olive Oil
- β1 clove Garlicminced
- β Saltto taste
- β Black Pepperto taste
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.

Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the lemon juice and citrus zest.
