Bun Jjigae

- β4 Korean bun
- β1 cup Yellow cornmealfor crispy bun topping
- β1/2 cup Crisp kimchistore-bought or homemade
- β1 cup Canned jjigae sauce
- β2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- β1/4 cup Sliced green onions

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Cut the buns in half and toast until lightly browned.

Mix cornmeal and a pinch of salt for crispy topping. Set aside.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Pour in jjigae sauce and cook until bubbly.
