Spanish Paella

- β1 medium Yellow onion
- β1 can Crunchy artichokes
- β1 tsp Paella seasoning
- β1/4 cup Cheese (optional)Manchego or Cheddar work well

Heat oil in a large paella pan over medium-high heat.
