Delicate Russian Stir Fry
A light and flavorful stir fry dish with delicate vegetables, inspired by traditional Russian cuisine.
Ingredients

- β1 cup delicate mushrooms
- β2 tablespoons almond oil
- β2 tablespoons stir-fry saucehomemade or store-bought
- β1 medium sliced onions
- β2 cloves garlic
- β1 teaspoon soy sauce
- β1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Heat almond oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add sliced onions and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
