Pan-Fried Bao Tofu
A simple and delicious Chinese dish made with pan-fried tofu and served in a soft bao bun.
Ingredients

- β1 block Tofu
- β1 medium Yellow Onionfinely chopped
- β2 inches Gingergrated
- β2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- β1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- β1 tablespoon Cornstarch
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.

Add the grated ginger and cook for 1 minute.

Cut the tofu into small cubes and add to the pan.

Cook the tofu until golden brown on all sides.

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce and cornstarch.

Add the soy sauce mixture to the pan and stir to combine.

Split the bao buns in half and toast until lightly browned.
