Jamaican Yam Flatbread
A delicious flatbread topped with a flavorful yam mixture, inspired by Jamaican cuisine. This dish is perfect for a snack or light meal.

- β2 medium Yampeeled and diced
- β2 tsp Jamaican seasoningor to taste
- β1 tsp Coconut oil
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1/4 cup Fresh cilantrochopped
- β1 tbsp Lime juiceor to taste

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Cut the flatbread into desired shapes.

In a pan, heat the coconut oil over medium heat.

Add the diced yam and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until tender.

Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Stir in the Jamaican seasoning, lime juice, and chopped cilantro.
