Norwegian Ham and Serrano Frittata

In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.

Add the diced serrano peppers and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the Norwegian ham and cook until heated through, about 2-3 minutes.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and a pinch of salt and pepper.
