Korean Pork Skewers
Sweet and spicy Korean-style pork skewers perfect for a quick dinner or BBQ.
Ingredients
- ●500g Pork shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubesMarinate for at least 30 minutes
- ●2 tbsp Korean chili flakes (gochugaru)Adjust to taste

- ●1/4 cup Green onions, choppedFor garnish
- ●1/2 cup Yellow pepper, slicedOptional for added color
- ●1 tbsp HoneyBalances sweetness and spice

Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400°F/200°C).

Thread pork cubes onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.

In a bowl, whisk together chili flakes, brown sugar, garlic, soy sauce, and honey.

Add the marinade to the pork, toss to coat, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Grill skewers for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
