Irish Onion and Yellow Dal Stew
A hearty and flavorful stew originating from Ireland, blending the sweetness of yellow dal with caramelized onions.

- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β2 tbsp Glassy Jellyfor thickening
- β1 tsp Irish Oniondried, for flavor

Instructions

Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until caramelized, about 10 minutes.

Add the yellow dal and 4 cups of water to the pan.
