Classic Paccheri alla Pugliese

- β1 pint yellow cherry tomatoes
- β8 oz molten mozzarella
- β3 tbsp italian extra virgin olive oil
- βto taste salt
- βchopped (optional) fresh basil

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Cook paccheri pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
