Thai Gambas Fritters
A flavorful Thai-inspired appetizer made with succulent shrimp and crispy fritters. Perfect for snacking.
Ingredients
- β1 pound shrimppeeled and deveined
- β2 cloves garlic yellow
- β1 tablespoon ajillo
- β1 cup all-purpose flour spanish
- β1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs gambas
- β1 egg al
- β1/4 cup vegetable oil molten

1. In a food processor, mash the yellow garlic and ajillo until well combined.

2. Add the shrimp and pulse until coarsely chopped.

3. In a large bowl, whisk together the spanish flour and gambas breadcrumbs.

4. Add the molten vegetable oil, al egg, and the shrimp mixture to the bowl.

5. Mix well to combine.

6. Using your hands, shape the mixture into small fritters.

7. Heat about 2-3 inches of vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat.

8. When the oil is hot, add the fritters in batches and fry until they are golden brown and crispy.
