Peruvian Ceviche
A refreshing and zesty Peruvian ceviche dish made with fresh seafood and a tangy marinade.

- β1 cup Peruvian yellow corn kernels
- β1/2 cup Pickled red onion
- β2 tablespoons Tiradito sauce
- β1/4 cup Fresh cilantro
- β2 tablespoons Lime juice

Instructions

Cut the fish into small pieces and place in a shallow dish.

In a separate bowl, mix together the yellow corn kernels, pickled red onion, tiradito sauce, cilantro, and lime juice.
