Berbere Stew with Cabbage

- β2 tablespoons Berbere spice
- β1 large, chopped Yellow onionsabout 2 cups
- β1 head, chopped Cabbageabout 4 cups
- β1 pound, cut into bite-sized pieces Stew meat (beef or lamb)
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β2 cups Water
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

Heat the oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
