Polish Mushroom Pasta
A hearty and flavorful pasta dish from Poland, featuring sautéed mushrooms in a butter and cream sauce.

- ●8 oz Yellow Polish Pasta
- ●1 cup Mushroomsliced
- ●2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- ●1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- ●1 clove Garlicminced
- ●to taste Salt
- ●1/4 cup Fresh Parsleychopped

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the yellow polish pasta according to package instructions until al dente.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and start to brown, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, until slightly thickened.

Season the sauce with salt to taste.

Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet with the mushroom sauce. Toss to combine.
