Venezuelan Sevaiiya Noodles Stir Fry
A quick and flavorful stir-fry made with Sevaiiya noodles, yellow peppers, and a hint of roasted spices.
Ingredients
- β8 oz Sevaiiya noodlespreferably fresh
- β1 large Yellow pepperany color bell pepper can be used
- β1/4 cup Roasted peanutsunsalted
- β1 tsp Venezuelan roasted spicesavailable at most Latin American grocery stores
- β2 tbsp Vegetable oilany neutral oil works well
- βto taste Saltoptional
- βto taste Black pepperoptional
Instructions

Cook Sevaiiya noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the yellow pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until slightly softened.

Add the roasted peanuts and cook for an additional minute.

Add the Venezuelan roasted spices and stir to combine.

Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and stir to combine with the pepper and spice mixture.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
