Smoky Vietnamese Noodle Soup
A flavorful and spicy noodle soup inspired by Vietnamese cuisine, featuring smoky flavors and fresh tomatoes.
Ingredients
- β2 lbs Yellow Tomatoes
- β8 oz Smoky Noodles
- β1 tsp Vietnamese Chili Flakes
- β4 cups Vegetable Broth
- β1 cup Fresh Basil
- β2 tsp Sesame Oil
- β1 tsp Soy Sauce
- β1 tsp Brown Sugar
- β1 tsp Rice Vinegar

Heat the sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the Vietnamese chili flakes and cook for 1 minute.

Add the vegetable broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, and rice vinegar. Bring to a boil.
