Spanish Tapas Platter Chicken
A flavorful and easy-to-make tapas platter featuring chicken and Spanish ingredients. Perfect for a quick dinner or appetizer.
Ingredients

- ●2 Yellow bell pepperSliced
- ●1/4 cup Spanish olive oil
- ●1 box Tapas platter crackers
- ●1 cup Shredded cheese (Manchego or Cheddar)
- ●1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsley
- ●3 cloves GarlicMinced
- ● Salt and pepper
- ● Optional: olives, artichoke heartsFor added flavor
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic.

In a large skillet, heat the Spanish olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides and cooked through.

Transfer the chicken to a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
