Spiced Algerian Quinoa Bowl
A hearty and flavorful quinoa bowl inspired by Algerian cuisine, packed with spicy and aromatic flavors.

- β2 cups Yellow Tagine
- β2 tsp Algerian Spice Blend
- β2 tbsp Olive Oil
- β1 medium Chopped Onions
- β3 cloves Chopped Garlic
- β1 cup Diced Carrots

Rinse the quinoa in a fine mesh strainer and cook according to package instructions.

Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the chopped garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

Add the diced carrots and cook for 5 minutes, or until they start to soften.

Add the yellow tagine and Algerian spice blend. Stir to combine.
