Spiced Yellow Curry with Manchego Crust

- β1 package Spiced Indian Flatbreadavailable at most Indian grocery stores
- β1 can Canned Coconut Milk

- βchopped, for garnish Fresh Cilantro

Prepare the yellow curry paste according to package instructions.

Cut the spiced Indian flatbread into small pieces and set aside.
