Croatian Lamb Kebabs

- β2 teaspoons Croatian spice blend (paprika, salt, black pepper, sugar)
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
- β1 medium Yellow bell pepper, seeded and sliced
- β1/4 teaspoon Spicy red pepper flakesoptional
