Spicy Beef Tacos
A flavorful and spicy taco recipe using ground beef, perfect for a quick dinner.
Ingredients

- β1 medium yellow oniondiced
- β2 tablespoons spicy taco seasoningavailable at most grocery stores
- β8-10 tacoscorn or flour, your preference
- β1 cup shredded cheesecheddar or Monterey Jack work well
- β1 can canned diced tomatoes14.5 ounces
- β1 cup salsamild or spicy, your choice
- β1/2 cup avocado or guacamoleoptional
- β1/4 cup sour creamoptional

Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.

Once the beef is browned, add the diced onion and cook until it is translucent.

Add the taco seasoning and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Add the canned diced tomatoes and stir to combine.

Warm the tacos by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.
