Slovakian Pasta Fajitas
A mexican-inspired twist on traditional pasta, with a Slovakian twist. Yellow and tender pasta is sautéed with onion and Slovakian spices.
Ingredients

- ●1 medium onionchopped
- ●1 tsp slovakian paprikaspice blend
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the yellow pasta according to package instructions.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the chopped onion.

Cook the onion for 3-4 minutes, until translucent.

Add the Slovakian paprika to the skillet and stir to combine.

Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the skillet with the onion and paprika.

Toss the pasta with the onion and paprika mixture, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the Slovakian pasta fajitas hot, garnished with chopped fresh cilantro if desired.
