Spicy Korean Noodle Stir Fry
A quick and flavorful stir fry made with Korean noodles, tofu, and a spicy umami sauce. Serve hot and enjoy!
Ingredients
- β250g Korean noodles
- β200g Tofupressed and drained
- β1 Yellow peppersliced
- β2 tbsp Umami sauce
- β1 tbsp Soy sauce
- β1 tsp Gingergrated
- β1 tsp Garlicminced
- β1 tsp Korean chili flakes
Instructions

Cook the Korean noodles according to the package instructions.

Heat 1 tbsp of soy sauce in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the sliced yellow pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add the pressed tofu and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk together the umami sauce, ginger, garlic, and Korean chili flakes.

Pour the sauce over the noodles and vegetables in the pan.
