Grilled Irish Corn Cakes

- β1 cup Irish cornmealfine or medium grind
- β1 cup Yellow cornfresh or frozen, thawed
- β1 Large egg
- β Grillpreheated to medium heat
- β1/2 tsp Salt
- β1/4 tsp Black pepper

Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together the cornmeal, salt, and black pepper.

Add the egg and mix until the batter is smooth.

Add the corn kernels and mix until just combined.
