Russian Quiche
A classic Russian-inspired quiche with a flaky crust and a rich, creamy filling.
Ingredients
- β4 Russian eggsLarge eggs are best for this recipe.
- β1 quiche crustHomemade or store-bought quiche crust works well.
- β1 cup aerated milkHeavy cream or half-and-half works well.
- β1 cup yellowed cheeseGrated cheese, such as cheddar or mozzarella.

- β2 tablespoons butterMelted butter for brushing the crust.

Roll out the quiche crust and place it in a tart pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, aerated milk, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
