Bitter Spaghetti with Arabian Twist
A unique twist on traditional spaghetti, incorporating the bitterness of saudi saffron and a hint of arabian spices.
Ingredients
- β12 oz spaghetti
- β1/4 tsp saudi saffron threadsbitter flavor
- β1 tsp arabian spice blendcustom blend of spices
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

Add saudi saffron threads and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

Add arabian spice blend and stir to combine.

Drain cooked spaghetti and add to the skillet, tossing to coat with the spice mixture.
