Spiced Sea Bass Skewers
A simple and flavorful Indian-inspired dish featuring marinated sea bass on skewers, grilled to perfection.

- β1/4 cup Mediterranean Olive Oil
- β2 tsp Crushed Cumin Seeds
- β1 tsp Crushed Coriander Seeds
- β2 tsp Ginger Paste
- β2 tbsp Lime Juice
- β1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- β10 Wooden Skewers

Cut the sea bass into 1-inch cubes and place in a large bowl.

In a small bowl, mix together cumin seeds, coriander seeds, ginger paste, lime juice, salt, and black pepper.

Add the spice mixture to the sea bass and mix until the fish is evenly coated.

Thread the marinated sea bass onto the wooden skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.

Brush the skewers with Mediterranean olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
