Egyptian Lamb Kebabs
A classic Middle Eastern dish, these lamb kebabs are marinated in a blend of spices and grilled to perfection. Serve with a side of couscous or pita bread.
Ingredients
- β500g Egyptian lamb
- β1 yellowed onion
- β100g crumbly feta cheese
- β10 kebab skewers
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β2 tbsp lemon juice
- β2 cloves garlic
- β1 tsp cumin
- β1 tsp coriander
- β1 tsp paprika

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, coriander, and paprika.

Add the sliced lamb to the bowl and toss to coat with the marinade.

Thread the lamb onto the kebab skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.
