Char Siu Bao

- β4 pieces Fluffy chinese bao doughHomemade or store-bought
- β1 pound PorkShoulder or butt, thinly sliced
- β1/4 cup Char siu sauceHomemade or store-bought
- β4 pieces Siu baoSteamed buns
- β1 bunch ScallionsChopped
- β4-6 Bamboo skewersOptional
- β2 tablespoons Hoisin sauceOptional
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauceOptional

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Thread pork onto bamboo skewers, if using.

Place pork on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
