Ukrainian Pilaf Pasta Bake
A hearty, comforting dish that combines the flavors of pilaf and pasta. Perfect for a cozy evening meal.
Ingredients
- ●8 oz pastapenne or fusilli work well
- ●2 cups yellowedsuch as yellow bell pepper or onion
- ●3 cloves garlicminced
- ●2 cups ukrainian pilafcooked according to package instructions
- ●1 cup chicken brothoptional
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.

In a large skillet, sauté yellowed and garlic in a little oil until softened.

Add cooked pilaf to the skillet and stir to combine.

If using chicken broth, stir it in to create a creamy sauce.

In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, pilaf mixture, and chicken broth (if using).

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with additional yellowed and garlic if desired.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through.
