Vietnamese-Style Cha Gio
A crispy Vietnamese spring roll dish made with a mixture of pork, shrimp, and vegetables, served with a sweet and sour dipping sauce.
Ingredients

- β1/2 pound Shrimp
- β1/2 cup Yellowed Onion
- β1/4 cup Garlicky Cilantro
- β2 tablespoons Vietnamese
- β1 package Lasagne Sheets
- β1/4 cup Cha Gio
- β2 tablespoons Giofor serving

In a large mixing bowl, combine pork, shrimp, yellowed onion, garlicky cilantro, and Vietnamese.

Add the lasagne sheets to the mixture and stir until well combined.

Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.

When ready to assemble the cha gio, fill a large skillet or wok with about 1 inch of oil.

Heat the oil to 350Β°F and slide a sheet of lasagne into the oil, using a spatula to shape it into a thin sheet.

Fry the sheet for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until crispy and golden brown.

Remove the sheet from the oil and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Repeat the process with the remaining lasagne sheets.

To serve, place a few sheets of cha gio on a plate and garnish with a sprinkle of gio.
