Käsekuchen Frittata (German Cheese Frittata)

Ingredients

- ●1/2 cup norwegian cheeseAdd a slightly sweet and nutty flavor to your frittata.
- ●1 cup yellowed cheeseThis cheese adds a sharp and tangy flavor.
- ●1 tsp golden mustardGive your frittata a bit of spice with this mustard.
- ●1/2 tsp saltUse a flaky sea salt for the best flavor.
- ●1/2 tsp black pepperFreshly ground pepper is best.
- ●1/4 cup fresh parsleyChop the parsley finely for a fresh garnish.

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Beat the eggs in a large bowl and set aside.

In a separate pan, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the gruyère cheese and cook until it's melted and bubbly.

Add the norwegian cheese and yellowed cheese to the pan and stir until well combined.
