Turkish-Style Kofte Spaghetti
A twist on traditional spaghetti with Turkish kofte meatballs. Juicy kofte are served on top of a bed of spaghetti and a tangy sauce.
Ingredients
- β12 oz Spaghetti
- β6-8 Turkish-Style Kofte Meatballs
- β2 tbsp Olive Oil
- β1 medium Onion
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β1 cup Tomato Sauce
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.

While spaghetti is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.

Add kofte meatballs to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides.

Add tomato sauce to the skillet and stir to combine with kofte and onion mixture.

Simmer sauce for 5-7 minutes over medium-low heat.

Drain spaghetti and return to pot. Add sauce and toss to combine.

Serve hot, topped with additional kofte if desired.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
