Filipino-Style Pancit Canton
A classic Filipino dish made with stir-fried noodles, vegetables, and your choice of protein. This recipe serves 4-6 people and can be customized to suit your taste.
Ingredients
- β1 package Pancit Cantonfound in most Asian grocery stores
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oilfor stir-frying
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 cup Snow peassliced
- β1 cup Carrotspeeled and grated
- β1/2 pound Ground porkoptional, can use chicken or tofu instead
- β2 tablespoons Soy saucefor added flavor
- β Salt and pepperto taste
Instructions

Cook Pancit Canton according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add onion and garlic and stir-fry until onion is translucent.

Add snow peas and carrots and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add ground pork (if using) and stir-fry until cooked through.

Add cooked Pancit Canton and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.

Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
