- ●1 medium Onion
- ●2 inches Ginger
- ●3 cloves Garlic
- ●1-2 Red chili
- ●1 teaspoon Turmeric
- ●1 teaspoon Cumin
- ●1 teaspoon Coriander

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the onion, ginger, and garlic and sauté until the onion is translucent.
