Polish-Style Fish Fettuccine
A hearty and flavorful dish that combines the freshness of fish with the richness of polish flavors.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Polish sausage
- β1 pound Fish fillets
- β8 ounces Fettuccine pasta
- β1 medium Yellowed onion
- β3 cloves Mellow garlic
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- βchopped Fresh parsley

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions.

While the pasta cooks, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the polish sausage.

Cook the sausage for 2-3 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked through.

Add the fish fillets to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Remove the sausage and fish from the skillet and set aside.

Add the yellowed onion and mellow garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.

Stir in the chopped parsley and cook for 1 minute.

Add the cooked fettuccine pasta to the skillet and toss with the onion and parsley mixture.
