- β1/2 cup coconut milkchilled

- β1 tsp cinnamonground

- β1/4 cup caramelized malaysian pancakeavailable at most asian grocery stores
- β1/2 cup creme fraichechilled
- β1 tsp honeyoptional

In a large mixing bowl, combine the malaysian crepe flour, coconut milk, eggs, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix until smooth.
