Classic Tuscan Chicken Pasta
A rich and flavorful pasta dish featuring chicken, Tuscan sauce, and a hint of herbs.
Ingredients
- β500g Tuscan pasta (500g)Choose a gluten-free option if needed
- β4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (4)
- β250ml Tuscan sauce (250ml)Homemade or store-bought
- β30ml Olive oil (30ml)
- β20g Chopped fresh parsley (20g)
- β5g Garlic powder (5g)
- β5g Salt (5g)
- β5g Black pepper (5g)
- β50g Grated Parmesan cheese (50g)

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the Tuscan pasta according to the package instructions.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-6 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Add the Tuscan sauce to the skillet and stir to combine with the remaining oil.

Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until cooked through.

Add the chopped parsley, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.

Toss the cooked pasta in the skillet with the chicken and sauce.
