Turkish Smoky Lamb Kebabs
A classic Turkish dish featuring smoky lamb kebabs with a hint of spice. Perfect for a summer evening.

- β1 kg Smoked Lamb ShoulderCut into 1-inch cubes
- β2 Yellowed OnionThinly sliced
- β2 Red Bell PepperCut into 1-inch pieces
- β1 bunch Fresh ParsleyChopped
- β4 cloves GarlicMinced
- β2 tbsp Turkish Spice MixAvailable at most Middle Eastern markets
- β2 tbsp Lemon JuiceFreshly squeezed
- β2 tbsp Olive OilExtra-virgin
- β1 tsp SaltCoarse
- β1/2 tsp Black PepperFreshly ground

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, Turkish spice mix, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.

3. Add the lamb cubes to the marinade and mix until coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

4. Thread the marinated lamb, onion, and bell pepper onto skewers.

5. Grill the kebabs for 8-10 minutes per side, or until the lamb reaches an internal temperature of 145Β°F (63Β°C).
