Creamy Spring Pasta
A light and flavorful spring pasta dish made with fresh leeks and a hint of Italian spices.
Ingredients

- ●1 cup springfresh asparagus
- ●8 oz pastalinguine or fettuccine
- ●1 tsp italiandried basil
- ●1/4 cup yellowedgrated Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.

In a large skillet, sauté the leeks in a little olive oil until softened.

Add the asparagus to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

In a small bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese and dried basil.

Add the pasta to the skillet and toss with the leek and asparagus mixture.

Stir in the Parmesan and basil mixture until well combined.
