Sweet Yellow Macaron Cake
A French-inspired sweet macaron cake, featuring a delicate yellow flavor.

- β1/2 cup Yellowed sweet butterAt room temperature
- β1 1/2 cups MilkWhole or non-dairy milk alternative
- β1 cup Granulated sugarWhite or organic sugar
- β3 large Egg whitesRoom temperature
- β1/2 cup Granulated sugar (for meringue)White or organic sugar

Gradually add the granulated sugar (for meringue) and whip until stiff and glossy.

In another bowl, whisk together the milk, yellowed sweet butter, and granulated sugar.
