Greek Fish Fritters
Crispy fish fritters with a Greek twist, perfect for a quick dinner.

Ingredients
- β1 pound Fish (cod or haddock)Deboned and flaked
- β1/2 cup Greek yogurtplain, full-fat
- β1 medium White onionchopped
- β1 cup White all-purpose flourfor coating
- β1 large Eggbeaten
- β2 tablespoons White vinegarfor marinating
- β1/4 cup Vegetable oilfor frying

In a large bowl, combine fish, yogurt, onion, and egg. Mix well.

Add flour and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.

Add vinegar and mix well.

Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Heat about 2 inches of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
