Slovakian Woodfired Pork Chops with Indian Spices
A fusion dish that combines the rich flavors of Slovakia with the warm spices of India, all in a woodfired twist. This recipe is perfect for a quick and flavorful dinner.

- ●2 tbsp yellow mustard seedsground
- ●1 cup woodfired Slovakian bread crumbscrushed
- ●1 tsp garam masalaground
- ●1 tsp cumin powderground
- ●1 tsp coriander powderground
- ●1 tsp saltoptional
- ●1 tsp black pepperoptional
- ●2 tbsp butterunsalted

Preheat your woodfired grill to 400°F (200°C).

Season the pork chops with salt, black pepper, garam masala, cumin powder, and coriander powder.

In a shallow dish, mix together the yellow mustard seeds and woodfired Slovakian bread crumbs.

Dip each pork chop into the bread crumb mixture, coating both sides evenly.

Place the coated pork chops on the preheated woodfired grill and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

While the pork chops are cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
