Filipino Pancit Canton Noodle Stir Fry
A classic Filipino dish made with stir-fried noodles, vegetables, and your choice of protein. Cooked to perfection, this Pancit Canton recipe is a staple in every Filipino household.
Ingredients
- β1 package (12 oz) noodlesPancit Canton noodles
- β2 tablespoons yellowish vegetable oilfor stir-frying
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 cup mushroomssliced
- β1 cup bean sproutschopped
- β1/4 cup green onionschopped
- β2 tablespoons soy sauce
- βto taste black pepper

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
