Australian Beef Stew
A hearty beef stew originating from Australia, cooked to perfection with tender beef, vegetables, and a rich broth.
Ingredients
- β500g beef stewing beefcut into 2-inch cubes
- β2 cups australian beef broth
- β1 large onionchopped
- β2 medium carrotpeeled and chopped
- β2 large potatopeeled and chopped
- β2 teaspoons beef yield gravy powder
- β1 teaspoon salt
- β1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add the beef and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Remove the beef from the pot and set aside.

Add the onion, carrot, and potato to the pot and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
